The Lee Bros.: Southern Food Past and Present
Brothers Matt and Ted Lee have used their two cookbooks, their columns in publications like the Times, "Food & Wine", and "GQ", and their company (The Lee Bros. Boiled Peanuts Catalogue) to share the magic of Southern cooking with people around the world. Currently residing in New York City, the Lees will return home to Charleston for an exciting discussion about the history of Southern foodways.
Lunches from the Black Bean Co. served from 12.15.
Talks start at 12.30 and end at 1.30.
