Artist Bios
Pittsburgh native and singer-songwriter Brooke Annibale combines earthy vocals, insightful lyrics and acoustic pop folk sounds to create dynamic and engaging performances. Vocally, she has a smoky quality similar to John Mayer, and employs a pleasing thickness and pitch that are reminiscent of Natalie Merchant. Her lyrics bleed with an uncommon wisdom for a twenty-four-year-old, as the tales she tells about love, loss, faith and finding yourself are simultaneously deeply personal and wholly universal in their application. Brooke’s third album, Silence Worth Breaking, is her most well-rounded effort yet, featuring dreamy folk-pop, radio-ready pop-rock, edgy groove rock and even some stripped down numbers where it’s largely her and her acoustic guitar. Brooke’s music is loaded with life and gravitas, and her confidence and thought-provoking lyrics will leave you wanting to hear more when she’s done.

Rishi Bahl is the lead singer and songwriter of pop punk band, The SpacePimps. The band has experienced a lot success over their seven-year tenure including multiple tours in the US, Japan, and China, press in magazines like Alternative Press and Newsweek, and thousands of records sold. Songwriter’s Spotlight is the first-ever acoustic show a member of the band has done.

Punchline front man Steve Soboslai is branching out from the pop-punk world and into a world of his own. For fans of Death Cab For Cutie, Rilo Kiley, and of course, Punchline, his all new solo project is called Blue of Colors. He has put together a band, but often performs with just he and his guitar. The debut Blue of Colors album will be released later this year via his record label Modern Short Stories. Harrison Wargo is producing the album, which includes a song featuring The Magik*Magik Orchestra (Death Cab For Cutie, Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead).

There are currently two singles on iTunes for a preview of what's to come. To find them, go to www.blueofcolors.com.

Harrison Wargo, after his departure from The Morning Light (Fearless Records) returned to his recording studio (Bad Box Studios) to focus on production. Over the last two years he has made a name locally as a producer and songwriter. He is currently working with fellow musicians on various projects.
