This event is SOLD OUT
South Side chefs face-off for bragging rights to South Side's "Best Soup" at the 8th Annual South Side Soup Contest. From 12-3 p.m. participating shops will host delicious soups prepared by neighborhood restaurants and offer great deals in their stores.
On February 18th, head to one of the 2 check-in sites listed below to drop off your canned good and pick up your punch card, soup map and ballot.

WYEP- 67 Bedford Square
SouthSide Works Cinema- 425 Cinema Drive
After checking-in, hit the streets of the South Side to sample the soups! The People's Choice Award for "Best Soup" will be given at the end of the day along with awards for "Most Creative" and "Best Vegetarian."

Proceeds from the South Side Soup Contest benefit The Brashear Association's Food Pantry. Please remember to bring your canned food item to help stock the Brashear Association Food Pantry.

By registering for this event, you agree to give the South Side Local Development Company and affiliates the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs taken on February 18, 2012 at the South Side Soup Contest. These photographs may be used in publications, including electronic publications, or in audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways.
