'Speaking of...February!

'Speaking of...', recent recipient of the Heinz Small Arts Initiative, marks the beginning of their 2012 season with an exposition of artistic marvels, February the 4th, at the New Hazlett Theater on Pittsburgh's Northside, at 8:00 PM.

Featuring an exclusive preview of Bodiography Contemporary Ballet's 10th anniversary show alongside luminary and writer Jim Daniels, the stylizing of poet Nikki Allen, and spoken word impresario Tameka Cage-Conley, the show also spotlights new choreography from Texture, hip-hop act Vie Boheme, and the string cyclone that is Cello Fury.

'Speaking of...' burst upon the Pittsburgh arts scene in November, 2011, and since then has featured a National Book Award Winner, dubstep/ballet fusion, DJ's, dancers, and Cave Canem Fellows in a series of events as difficult to label as they were spectacular.
